PikNinja is committed to making sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you received a defective product, please contact us through our contact form or email us at info@pikninja.com.
Paddles: All paddles come with a 30-day worry-free guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, all you need to do is contact us to ensure you are eligible and we will provide you with instructions on how to return it. You will need to pay for the cost of shipping back to us and it will need to have tracking information. Once received and inspected, we will gladly refund your purchase within 3-5 business days. Please note this guarantee is void if the paddle has been altered (i.e. re-gripped), abused, or misused in any way. We will donate these paddles to youth and community pickleball.
Apparel & Accessories: All apparel and accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if it remains in new, unused condition.
